In this role, you will be the voice of our brand for German-speaking customers, assisting them with inquiries and issues while delivering exceptional customer service. Your skills will play a vital role in enhancing their experience and ensuring satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls from German-speaking clients, addressing their questions and concerns
• Provide accurate and timely information regarding products, services, and orders
• Resolve customer complaints effectively and with empathy
• Document customer interactions thoroughly to maintain accurate records
• Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery
• Stay informed on all company products and services to provide the best assistance
• Follow established protocols to maintain quality service standards

Requirements

• Fluency in German and English, with strong verbal and written communication skills
• No experience necessary; comprehensive training will be provided
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a customer-focused mindset
• Ability to handle challenging situations with professionalism
• Team-oriented individual with a positive attitude
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality service
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with customer service platforms
• Willingness to relocate to Greece for the duration of the contract
• Valid European Passport or ID is required
