Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality technical support to Norwegian-speaking clients using our products.
  • Identify, diagnose, and resolve technical issues efficiently through various channels.
  • Educate customers on effectively utilizing our technology solutions to enhance their experience.
  • Document all support interactions and solutions to improve future service.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate complex issues for quick resolution.
  • Engage in ongoing training to deepen your knowledge of our technology and improve your skills.

Requirements

  • Fluent in Norwegian (both verbal and written) with excellent communication skills.
  • Proficient in English, both spoken and written.
  • Prior experience in technical support or customer service is preferred.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-oriented environment.
  • A proactive attitude with a commitment to delivering outstanding customer support.
  • Willingness to relocate to Greece, with all relocation expenses fully covered by the company.
