Job Overview

We are a prominent provider of cafeteria data management software solutions, committed to empowering K-12 school districts globally. Our mission is to equip educational institutions with effective tools and resources.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver outstanding technical support through phone, email, and remote assistance for software and hardware challenges.
  • Facilitate the installation and upgrades of software and hardware for our clients.
  • Execute new customer setups and oversee data conversions for existing clients.
  • Document all customer support inquiries and issues within our CRM system to ensure efficient tracking and resolution.
  • Provide technical training to IT personnel within school districts to enhance their comprehension and use of our solutions.
  • Installation tasks will include configuring our software on Microsoft Windows Servers and managing data access in Microsoft SQL Server Management Studio.

Required Skills

  • Proficient in engaging with customers over the phone to identify and resolve their issues effectively.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, capable of working both independently and collaboratively.
  • Self-driven and task-oriented, possessing excellent communication skills for productive interaction with customers and team members.
  • Prior IT-related experience is essential, whether through formal education or previous roles.
