24 Months - Marketing Communications Role - Young Professional Program

We are looking to hire talented individuals who are in the course of bachelor studies (Marketing/Communications or related area), available to work part-time during semester time, full time during summer break. The duration of the program is 24 months.
You are inquisitive and hungry to learn, highly organised, with strong communication skills, willing to express your ideas and eager to bring a fresh perspective. Passionate about the tech industry and with strong command of English.
Reporting to the Senior Marketing Communications Manager, the selected candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day operational matters relating to the excellent and smooth running of our office executed proficiently and professionally.

Assist with communications tasks including, but not limited to: writing and editing, photo and video production and editing, social media content, event coordination and other communications and administrative support tasks as assigned, which include the following:
Writing and Editing:
- Corporate bios
- Photo captions
- Project descriptions
- Copyediting
- Review PR collaterals such as press releases and media advisories
Photo, Video and Graphics:
- Recommend suitable images and photos for communications assets
- Photo, video and audio editing (where necessary)
- Infographics
- Gifs, animations and graphics
Media Relations:
- Help compile and update media contact lists
- Prepare media reports on assigned subjects
- Identify and research opportunities to share Logitech stories with relevant journalists and media outlets.
- Assist with press release/media advisory writing, editing, distribution, and media outreach
- Assist with media interview scheduling and coordination
- Assist with scheduling and coordinating of photo/video shoots
- Coordinate/manage products for product reviews
Communications Administration:
- Update PR tracker weekly/monthly
- Update weekly global communications newsletter
- Create dashboard for monthly and quarterly PR reports
- Create content database
- Prepare media reports on assigned subjects
- Identify and research opportunities to share Logitech stories with relevant journalists and media outlets.
- General administrative and communications support as assigned.
Key Qualifications & Preferred Qualifications:
For consideration, you must bring the following minimum skills and experiences to our team:
- Current 2nd/3rd year undergraduate student in a related field (e.g. English, Marketing/Communications, Advertising or Public Relations).
- Basic understanding of the principles of marketing or communications is a plus.
- Excellent written and oral communication and interpersonal skills is a must.
- Good working knowledge of word processing, PowerPoint, Excel.
- Self-motivated, good organisation skills, detail-oriented, multi-task, meet deadlines.
