Your missions

As ***'s global, philanthropic educational program, *** Academy works with educators around the world to advance technology education, innovation, and skills. We offer academic institutions and educators free teaching and learning resources including curriculum, cloud, software, and professional development that help them prepare students with knowledge, hands-on practice, and career-relevant skills.

A marketing coordinator contractor will assist *** Academy Senior Staff in advancing computing education in both higher education in North America; tasks will include but are not limited to, managing business development and outreach activities based on an approved business plan to promote *** Academy resources and benefits in the post-secondary education space for two specific US states and approve incoming membership applications specific to those states.

Additionally, support work on the new *** Academy Ambassador initiative and *** Academy Tech Chat podcast through supporting approved messaging via internal communications, , document processes, and managing schedules.

Key Responsibilities

  • Copy-edit, provide support for innovative content material created by other members of the *** Academy North America team including blog posts.
  • Compile market research for future projects
  • Contribute to any additional administrative tasks such as organizing *** Academy member data files and communicating with *** Academy members via email and phone, and meetings.
  • Manage and implement *** Academy business development/outreach activities as outlined in approved business plan for two strategic states to support the widespread adoption and impact of *** Academy resources and benefits in the post-secondary education space.
  • Evaluate and approve all *** Academy applications for two strategic states.
