Description

RemX is looking for Call Center Reps for our healthcare client.

MUST LIVE SOUTH OF THE AIRPORT

Location: Remote, must be in the Homestead area.

Pay: $17/hr and $18/hr for bilingual candidates (English/Spanish)

Start: 10/21/2024

Hours: Multiple different shifts available between 10am-11pm (Will require at least ONE WEEKEND DAY)

Title: Customer Service Representative

Job Responsibilities

  • Inbound calls only
  • Respond to and own consumer inquiries and issues
  • Provide education and status on previously submitted pre-authorizations or pre-determination requests
  • Meet the performance goals established for the position in the areas of efficiency, call quality, customer satisfaction, first call resolution and attendance

Requirements

  • 1 year of customer service experience with the same company
  • High School diploma
  • Goal-driven and detail oriented
