(REMOTE OPPORTUNITY- MUST RESIDE IN DFW METROPLEX)

POSITION BRIEF

This person is responsible for handling recruitment for all IWG centers within North America. Works closely with Global Recruitment and field teams.

Principal Responsibilities

  • Work closely with the Leader of Talent Acquisitions and team members to give the best candidate experience possible
  • Recruit and source for regions through-out the United States
  • Support and help drive the Home Office, College Recruiting and Management Training Program
  • Help the hiring team with recruiting methods and interview questions
  • Provides information on company operations and job opportunities to potential applicants
  • Full cycle recruiting for Field talent- Community Associate and Community Managers
  • Identify, source and cold call appropriate candidates via web-based recruiting and other innovative methods.
  • Screen resumes on Internet recruiting sites (LinkedIn, Indeed, Monster, Handshake and ZipRecruiter).
  • Maintain and update records in our applicant tracking database (eArcu)
  • Interview candidates to ensure they match the qualifications set by the hiring managers.
  • Post job descriptions on Internet sites including department of labor (DOL), Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn and Indeed.
  • Assist in the coordination of job fairs and participate in various recruitment events.
  • Assists the HR team as required.


Qualifications

  • Bi-lingual Spanish a strong plus
  • Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in a high- volume recruiting environment.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication and organizational skills.
  • Tech-savvy working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy, with strong analytical skills
  • Multi-tasking skills and ability to change priorities/duties a must
  • Proactive and passionate about quality, honesty, and work with a determination to succeed
  • Problem-solving aptitude
