Job Summary
Manages, Promotes, trains, and develops marketing strategies to recruit and contract qualified agents and agencies and to promote sales production from those recruits.
Must be located in Southern California.
Primary Responsibilities:
Recruit agents and agencies
Promote Company Brand
Develop Sales Teams at the Community Level and work with these teams to achieve census targets in assigned Region(s).
Build strong relationships with Agents and Agencies
Train and coach teams in meeting the standards for inside and outside sales.
Provide training in sales and marketing classroom/ field training and coaching to all agencies/agents in the region.
Take a hands-on approach to community site visits with modeling of tours, sales calls, inquiries and follow up.
Communicate clear expectations for sales performance.
Build Sales Capacity of Communities in assigned Regions.
Research and complete market analysis for each community and develop a functional, measurable plan to impact occupancy.
Assist in developing a sales strategy based on an understanding of the market.
Accurately complete reports and provide data to corporate when required.
Adhere to all Policies and Procedures internally and governed by CMS.
Primary Skills & Requirements:
Minimum of three (3) years sales and marketing experience
Valid driver's license.
The ability to travel up to 80% of the time.
Proven ability to conduct a strategic market analysis at the community and regional level.
Demonstrated ability to train, coach and mentor Sales Professionals.
Dynamic, energetic personality with the ability to motivate others.
Strong communications, planning and organizational skills.
Excellent ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize activities.
