Job description

Job Overview

We are seeking motivated professionals with a leadership mindset in Data Analytics and IT Service Solution sales (exclusively not in IT product sales, networking, or infrastructure). The ideal candidates will possess strong consultative sales experience in Data Analytics.

Key Responsibilities

  • Establish and nurture senior-level relationships with various stakeholders within the sales function, including Sales Directors, Modern Trade Heads, and Customer Development teams, to thoroughly understand their needs.
  • Demonstrate substantial experience in selling IT services and develop a comprehensive business plan encompassing financial objectives, proposal submissions, and revenue management.
  • Drive the complete sales cycle: expand the business with existing clients through new sales and contract renewals while proactively identifying sales opportunities linked to client strategic priorities.
  • Collaborate continuously with sales leadership, industry heads, and the Delivery Center of Excellence team to ensure the effective sharing of pertinent client information and consult relevant personnel on key account activities.
  • Exhibit confidence and credibility when engaging with a diverse range of decision-makers.
  • Conduct presentations at client events and external industry forums, and develop impactful case studies and client testimonials.
  • Guide the team towards achieving sales targets, maintaining visibility of opportunities and risks, and ensuring efficient pipeline and proposal tracking systems.
  • Negotiate with senior clients effectively, linking the value of our solutions with pricing to address and overcome objections.
  • Assume overall accountability for business planning and implementation.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in consultative sales, particularly in Data Analytics or IT Services.
  • A demonstrable understanding of industry trends and the evolving needs of clients, combined with strong negotiation skills to build trust.
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Data Analytics, or a related field is required. Relevant certifications in Data Analytics or Sales are preferred.
