Job Overview

We are in search of driven individuals with a strong leadership mindset focused on Data Analytics and IT Service Solution sales. This remote position requires robust consultative sales experience, particularly in the realm of Data Analytics.

Key Responsibilities

  • Cultivate and strengthen senior-level relationships with key stakeholders across various functions, including Sales Directors and Channel Directors, to understand their unique business needs.
  • Take ownership of the business plan, encompassing financial targets, proposal submissions, and revenue forecasting while ensuring comprehensive business planning.
  • Manage the complete sales cycle by expanding the client portfolio through new sales opportunities and the renewal of existing contracts.
  • Collaborate effectively with sales leadership, the Delivery COE team, and other growth leaders to ensure that leads and opportunities are optimized, and relevant client information is shared.
  • Develop impactful case studies and client testimonials, representing the company at client and industry events.
  • Maintain a keen oversight of the sales pipeline, ensuring proactive tracking of opportunities and proposals.
  • Engage confidently in negotiations with senior clients, effectively linking the value of our offerings to pricing to address objections.
  • Assume overall accountability for business planning and its execution in alignment with organizational goals.

Required Skills

  • Strong consultative sales experience, specifically in Data Analytics.
  • Excellent problem-solving capabilities complemented by strong analytical skills.
  • Outstanding client-facing communication and presentation abilities.
  • Proven expertise in consultative selling and case study development.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in consultative sales within Data Analytics or IT services.
  • Demonstrable understanding of industry changes and the capacity to engage effectively with senior stakeholders to drive business outcomes.
  • A bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Analytics, or a related field is required; a master's degree is preferred but not mandatory.
