Summary of Position

We are seeking an experienced Partnership Account Manager to grow and manage our Strategic Partnerships with key strategic reseller and ecosystem partners. As a Partnership Account Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining relationships with our partners, identifying new business opportunities, driving revenue growth through strategic planning, execution, and annual business reviews

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key partners, acting as the primary contact for all communication and managing daily activities with navigation and point solution ecosystem partners and partners in development.
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to drive revenue growth through increased enrollment/engagement in solutions, cross-selling, upselling, and renewals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, account management and product, to ensure alignment and execution of strategic plans.
  • Analyze and report on partner performance, identifying areas for improvement and proposing solutions to address challenges.
  • Create and deliver presentations, business reviews, and other communication materials to partners to showcase the value of our products and services.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitive landscape, sharing insights and recommendations with internal teams to drive innovation and growth.
  • Partner escalation lead, quickly resolve escalations with partner accounts, clients and external parties.

Qualifications Expected for Position

  • Bachelor's degree in Strategic Partnerships, Business Development, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in account management or business development, with a focus on strategic partnerships.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, can present complex ideas clearly and concisely.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and achieving targets
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.

The base salary range for this position is $75,000 - $90,000. In addition to a base salary, this position is eligible for a performance bonus and benefits (subject to eligibility requirements) listed here: Teladoc Health Benefits 2024. Total compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to, type of position, location, education level, work experience, and certifications. This information is applicable for all full-time positions.
