Capital Markets team. This position is suited for an attorney with at least 5 years of experience in commercial real estate finance and commercial mortgage-backed securities (CMBS). It offers a non-traditional partnership track with reduced billable hour requirements. The role involves supporting high-profile clients and engaging in critical aspects of real estate finance transactions, particularly in the CMBS sector.Location RaleighDutiesSupport a major client in abstracting legacy, new issuance, and replacement special servicer securitization instruments.Utilize proprietary client software for transaction management and document processing.Review and manage pooling and servicing agreements, indentures, inter-creditor agreements, and co-lender agreements related to CMBS loans.Collaborate with a team to provide comprehensive legal services within the Real Estate Finance
