Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a substantial volume of calls from clients across the nation.
  • Deliver precise information regarding our diverse range of mortgage products and services.
  • Establish rapport with clients by actively listening to and addressing their needs.
  • Navigate clients through their mortgage inquiries, presenting suitable options.
  • Collaborate with sales and loan officer teams to facilitate seamless communication.
  • Maintain client records and follow up on leads using our sophisticated CRM system.
  • Foster business growth through exemplary customer service.
  • Adhere to established company protocols and schedules.
  • Assist clients in selecting the most appropriate mortgage products and managing loan submissions.
  • Ensure compliance with all closing requirements and processes.
  • Proficiently handle various loan types, including Conventional, VA, FHA, and USDA.

Required Skills

  • Current and valid NMLS license or appointment in good standing.
  • Strong communication skills and professional phone etiquette.
  • Proven problem-solving capabilities and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Ability to perform effectively in a high-call volume setting.
  • Basic knowledge of mortgage terms and products is beneficial.
  • Preferred experience in a call center or customer service environment, with mortgage or finance expertise being advantageous.
  • Capacity to create positive client experiences and develop strong relationships.

Qualifications

  • A minimum of two years of sales experience, including at least two years as a Mortgage Loan Originator or in a related position.
  • Newly licensed candidates should possess a minimum of five years of sales experience and a willingness to engage in training.
  • Flexibility to commit to approximately 40-45 hours per week.
