Job Title: Default Mortgage Specialist (Collections) - Remote

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage various mortgage collections inquiries, including processing payments, establishing repayment plans, and negotiating resolutions for delinquent accounts.
  • Address and resolve Level 1 inquiries and complaints via telephone, striving for first-call resolution.
  • Monitor delinquent accounts and initiate necessary collection actions.
  • Operate effectively in a fast-paced environment, consistently meeting key performance metrics with a focus on quality and productivity.
  • Promote our products and services while ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Achieve individual, team, and departmental targets related to service level agreements and client satisfaction.
  • Evaluate risks in business decisions, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Collaborate with external stakeholders, including mortgagors, real estate agents, and investors, as well as internal departments.

Qualifications
