We drive sales of Mindbody software and ClassPass inventory but that’s not all. The Revenue team helps our customers achieve their business goals, contributes to their growth, and eliminates hurdles by finding smart solutions from our suite of software products. About The Right Team Member

In this role, you are the face of ClassPass to our fitness and wellness partners. You confidently communicate the ClassPass value proposition, explain the usefulness of our tools and effectively troubleshoot partner issues. You advocate for our partners internally, escalating bugs and communicating pain points and feature requests through the appropriate channels. This role provides the opportunity to learn the ins-and-outs of ClassPass and the fitness industry, develop client management skills and cultivate relationships with select partners.

The ideal candidate will leverage their outstanding communication skills and impeccable attention to detail to connect with partners and foster long-lasting relationships. This is a role for those who have an interest in working with small business owners and are looking to build a career in Account Management and Client Services.

About The Role

  • Master our product, internal systems, and offerings to ensure thorough and clear communication and enforcement of policies
  • Opportunity to leverage negotiation and persuasion skills to keep studios on the platform, increase product adoption, and engage in custom negotiations
  • Work with a diverse partner base across all regional countries
  • Identify, escalate and troubleshoot operational inefficiencies to provide partners high quality service
  • Respond to a high volume of emails within a best-in-class SLA
  • Act as surge support into areas/teams that require additional support as needed
  • Identify and troubleshoot integration and technical issues, communicating properly to all internal teams

Skills & Experience

  • Good negotiation skills in managing and developing your current and prospective book of business, ranging from low to top tier accounts.
  • Developing strategic thinking skills in implementing and executing tactical project plans ensuring alignment with directions from their manager, and goals of their team.
  • Good communication skills: comfortable using a broad range of communication styles across different audiences in diverse situations. Partners with members of other teams to not only generate buy-in for their initiatives but to maximize their impact.
  • Basic business acumen skills: able to articulate at a high level the value of the work that they do, not just to their own team but also to the broader business.
  • Able to manage processes and priorities to hit deadlines consistently
  • Bachelor’s Degree or 1-year experience
