What Are We Looking For

MultiplyMii is seeking a highly organized and results-driven Amazon Operations Manager who will be working with our client based in the USA. The client is a family-founded wellness brand, born from a personal health journey. Their mission is to make high-quality, effective probiotics accessible to all, empowering people to take charge of their well-being. They value integrity, transparency, and sustainability, using only the finest ingredients and eco-friendly practices.

In this role, you will ensure the operations run smoothly across all platforms. This role requires a strong leader who can manage a small team, build relationships with key stakeholders, and ensure the supply chain operates at peak efficiency. You'll be the go-to person for all things operations, from monitoring inventory levels to troubleshooting any issues that arise.

Beyond your experience, we seek a candidate who exemplifies qualities such as being collaborative, analytical, action-oriented, and maintaining details in order and conformity.

This role is full-time and 100% work-from-home.

In This Role, You Will

Operations Management

  • Manage day-to-day operations across Amazon US and UK marketplaces, as well as non-Amazon platforms
  • Oversee inventory management, ensuring optimal stock levels and timely replenishment
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement
  • When mistakes occur, document them, identify causes and future actions to be taken to avoid mistakes so that the organization can continuously learn and improve
  • Conduct daily calls with the Head of the Supply Chain and the Head of Amazon to discuss operational updates and challenges
  • Monitor days of inventory and perform daily check-ins with the Supply Chain team
  • Troubleshoot any inventory discrepancies or delays in production
  • Ensure seamless integration between Shopify store and 3PL partners

People Management

  • Oversee and direct reports from the Supply Chain team, Junior Amazon Account Managers, and the Amazon Brand Manager
  • Manage a team of 3 direct reports, providing guidance, feedback, and support

Supply Chain Oversight

  • Provide strategic direction and guidance to the Supply Chain Manager in managing 3PL relationships, supplier relationships, and logistics operations
  • Identify, document and explain mistakes and areas for improvement so that the company continually improves
  • Review and approve supply chain budgets and cost-saving initiatives.
  • Stay informed about supply chain performance
  • Proactively identify and address any potential risks or challenges in the supply chain, working with the Supply Chain Manager to develop mitigation plans.
  • Ultimately responsible for making sure that all POs are delivered on-time and in full
  • Make sure that Supply Chain team orders all components on-time and that they are delivered on time to contract manufacturers

Demand Planning

  • Contribute to production forecasting to optimize inventory levels and meet demand.
  • Process Improvement
  • Maintain and update company process documentation (i.e., process maps, SOPs, and workflows)
  • Have team members create loom videos of their frequent tasks to compile an SOP library and help identify areas for improvement
  • Identify potential business risks and areas for improvement, and prepare recommendations and corrective measures as needed

About You

Core qualifications:

  • More than 5 years of experience in Amazon operations or supply chain management
  • More than 5 years of leadership/ people management experience
  • Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and Google Suite
  • Experience with Helium10

Advantageous

  • Experience with Gorilla ROI and Scale Insights
  • Shopify experience
