Job Overview

We are a pioneering biopharmaceutical company searching for an accomplished Senior Manager to spearhead our IRT Supply Chain Systems team in a remote capacity. This pivotal role is designed for professionals who are eager to make a substantial impact in the healthcare sector while fostering their expertise within a dynamic organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the definitive authority on IRT systems, providing expert guidance to ensure flawless integration across clinical trials.
  • Collaborate closely with teams in clinical operations, IT, and quality assurance to choose, implement, and sustain high-caliber IRT systems that align with our stringent standards.
  • Oversee demand planning for clinical supplies, guaranteeing optimal inventory levels at critical junctures.

Required Skills

  • Extensive experience (3+ years) in managing IRT systems, with in-depth knowledge of EDC and eTMF.
  • Comprehensive understanding of FDA regulations pertaining to new drug applications, as well as GMP and GCP guidelines.
  • Proficient in managing multiple clinical information systems and highly skilled in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Demonstrated project management capabilities, with a talent for prioritizing tasks and adhering to deadlines.
  • Exceptional communication skills to facilitate effective collaboration with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving aptitude, with the ability to identify and address operational challenges swiftly.

Qualifications

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in IRT system management is required.
