PARALEGAL

What Are We Looking For

MultiplyMii is in search of a Paralegal who will be working with our client based in the United States. Our client offers an array of real estate services tailored to meet the needs of their customers, including commercial real estate brokerage, integrated services, and construction services.

In this role, you will be responsible for reviewing, editing, and managing a variety of legal documents and contracts crucial to our real estate transactions. This role requires meticulous attention to detail and a strong understanding of real estate legal procedures.

Beyond your experience, we are also looking for someone who is action-oriented, detail-oriented, collaborative, confident, big picture thinker, and possesses excellent English language communication skills in both written and verbal.

This role is 100% work from home.

In This Role, You Will Be Responsible For

  • Reviewing and editing a wide range of legal documents related to real estate transactions, such as listing agreements, purchase agreements, leases, and other relevant documents.
  • Ensuring accuracy in all aspects of legal documentation, including grammar, punctuation, spelling, names, dates, amounts, and other relevant details.
  • Collaborating closely with other team members to address any legal issues or concerns in the documents.
  • Organizing and maintaining an efficient document management system to ensure easy access and retrieval of important files.
  • Assisting in the preparation of legal documents for real estate transactions, including drafting and formatting as necessary.
  • Conducting legal research as needed to support attorneys in various real estate matters.
  • Providing administrative support to the legal team, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and coordinating meetings.

About You

Core qualifications:

  • 2-4 years of prior experience working as a Paralegal or Legal Assistant in the real estate industry
  • Must have an understanding of U.S. commercial real estate laws and regulations.
  • Has a high level of accuracy in reviewing and preparing legal documents.
  • Ability to review contracts, identify potential issues, and provide summaries.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for drafting legal documents and correspondence.

Advantageous

  • Proficiency in managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and handling correspondence.
  • Ability to conduct legal research and compile findings.
  • Proficiency in using office software (MS Office or G Suite) and document management systems.

Shift and Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9am to 5pm Pacific Standard Time
