The Content Design team perceives communicating technical information to their users as an end-to-end journey. This journey begins with a clear understanding of user needs and ends with creating professional, comprehensive, and straight-to-the-point content for technical audiences.

IF YOU ARE

  • Great at writing end-user and admin documentation
  • Deeply understanding of the technical aspects of the product
  • Familiar with writing UI copy following brand guidelines
  • Accustomed to managing documentation projects in fast-paced, agile environments
  • Skilled in collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams (designers, developers, PMs, analysts, marketing, and customer support)
  • Experienced in improving information architecture and developing content strategies
  • Familiar with web-based publishing tools like Markdown and HTML
  • Fluent in English at an advanced level for multicultural communication
  • Experienced with documenting and using APIs (as an advantage)
  • Proficient with development tools such as Git, Bitbucket, and Visual Studio Code (would be a plus)
  • Familiar with UI copy (as an advantage)
