Key Responsibilities

  • Provide expert evaluations of building enclosures
  • Conduct forensic investigations and create cutting-edge designs
  • Oversee construction administration and commissioning services
  • Conduct peer reviews for a variety of projects across the Mid-Atlantic States

Required Skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills

Qualifications

  • A Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering or Architecture
  • 8-10 years of substantial experience in building enclosure evaluation, design, and performance, demonstrating a strong background in project and client management
  • A valid P.E. or AIA registration is mandatory; LEED®AP certification is advantageous
