MDM Solution Lead - REMOTE

Job Summary
We are looking for a seasoned MDM Solution Lead for our Pharmaceutical client. The ideal candidate will be strategic, resourceful, and results-driven, with expertise in the implementation, enhancement, and upgrade of Master Data Management solutions in the Life Sciences and Health Care industries. This person will lead the development and delivery of a large MDM initiative that provides business value. This individual will work with leadership in developing MDM strategy and implementation efforts.
 
Primary Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of MDM Solutions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure MDM solutions align with business objectives
• Implement data governance and data quality frameworks to ensure data integrity and consistency
• Manage MDM tool configuration, integration, and optimization
• Develop and maintain MDM policies, procedures, and documentation
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to the MDM team
• Monitor and report on the performance of MDM solutions and identify areas for improvement

 
Education and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Minimum of 7 years experience in MDM, with a strong focus on solution design and implementation
• Proficience in MDM tools such as Siperian, Informatica, Reltio, or similar
• Strong understanding of data governance, data quality, and data integration principles
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Proven ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
