Job description

We are looking for a skilled QA Team Lead to join United Tech. In this role, you will have the opportunity to drive the training and implementation of automation processes, including automation testing for mobile applications.

Our mission is to help people overcome loneliness and boredom by creating a space for real-time interaction and positive emotions. With high-quality video streaming, 24/7 live events, and seamless online chats, we ensure a top-notch user experience without any ads. In this role, you will
  • Lead the QA team and manage the testing process for iOS, Android, web, and backend platforms
  • Implement metrics to measure QA team results
  • Monitor and report on the quality of Mobile app releases
  • Improve and implement QA policies, procedures, standards, and metrics
  • Ensure that the QA team has the necessary resources and tools to test software effectively
  • Design and execute test plans and test cases for iOS, Android, Web, and Backend platforms
  • Collaborate closely with the development team to resolve defects
  • Lead the growth and development of the QA team
  • Conduct 1-to-1 sessions with team members, participate in hiring new QAs, and provide feedback

    • It’s all about you
  • 5+ years of experience in Manual Testing
  • 2+ years of experience in Automation Testing
  • Proven experience in hiring Middle and Senior QA engineers
  • Strong knowledge of databases and event tracking (DataGrip, ClickHouse, BigQuery)
  • Excellent knowledge of API testing (Postman, Swagger, Fiddler, Charles, API documentation)
  • Experience with application monitoring and logging tools (Grafana, Kafka, internal application logs)
  • Hands-on experience with Qase/TestRail
  • Expertise in creating and updating test cases, test plans, and test reports
  • Systematic approach to work, ownership and data-driven mindset
  • Intermediate level of English proficiency or higher

  • Experience with automated tests across backend, web, iOS, and Android platforms
