Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality customer support to Danish-speaking clients through phone, email, and chat.
  • Address and resolve inquiries related to automotive services and products.

  • Document customer interactions and feedback to facilitate service improvement.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to enhance the customer experience.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Danish (both spoken and written) with excellent communication skills.
  • Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
  • Previous experience in customer support, particularly in the automotive industry, is preferred.
