Job Title: Administrative Assistant - Remote | WFH

We are seeking a motivated Administrative Assistant who is eager to contribute to our mission of enhancing the lives of nurses through our unique direct-to-consumer brand. This role is part-time with the potential for full-time, offering a hybrid work arrangement of 2-3 days per week in the office.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily correspondence to ensure smooth communication.
  • Organize and coordinate appointments and events effectively.
  • Handle phone calls and emails, distributing information to the appropriate team members.
  • Develop and maintain meticulous filing systems.
  • Execute various administrative tasks such as filing, typing, and scanning documents.
  • Arrange travel logistics for senior staff, including booking flights, accommodations, and dining.
  • Process payments when required.
