Social Advertising Specialist (Remote - India & Philippines)

Overview:
We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Social Advertising Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, creating, and executing paid advertising campaigns across various social media platforms to drive key business objectives such as brand awareness, lead generation, and sales. The ideal candidate is a data-driven professional with a passion for social media advertising, strong analytical skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively in a fast-paced environment.

This is a full-time remote position open to candidates based in India and the Philippines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Campaign Strategy & Execution: Design and implement paid social media campaigns on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Twitter, and Pinterest to achieve business goals.
  • Content Collaboration: Work closely with content and design teams to ensure that advertisements align with brand messaging, are optimized for engagement, and drive conversions.
  • Audience Targeting: Define and research target audiences to enhance ad performance through demographic, behavioral, and interest-based segmentation.
  • Budget Management: Manage advertising budgets across platforms, optimizing spend to maximize ROI and meet campaign objectives.
  • Performance Tracking & Analysis: Use tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and other platform-specific tools to monitor campaign performance, track KPIs, and provide actionable insights.
  • A/B Testing & Optimization: Conduct A/B tests on ad copy, visuals, and targeting strategies to identify opportunities for improvement and scaling.
  • Stay Updated: Continuously stay abreast of the latest trends, tools, and best practices in social media advertising to ensure campaigns remain competitive and effective.
  • Client & Stakeholder Collaboration: Communicate with clients or internal teams to provide updates on campaign performance, share insights, and offer recommendations for improvement (if applicable).

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • 2-4 years of hands-on experience in paid social media advertising, preferably within an agency or a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with social media advertising platforms such as Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, TikTok Ads, and others.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Solid understanding of audience targeting, ad formats, bidding strategies, and budget optimization.
  • Experience with tracking and reporting tools such as Google Analytics, Hootsuite, and HubSpot (or similar).
  • Knowledge of A/B testing, conversion rate optimization, and managing multi-channel campaigns.
  • Strong communication, organizational skills, and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in Healthcare and Home Services lead generation campaigns.
  • Certifications in Google Ads and/or Facebook Blueprint.
  • Basic knowledge of SEO and organic social media strategies.
  • Familiarity with creative design tools like Canva or Photoshop is a plus.
  • Experience with campaign scaling and growing clients through data-driven optimizations.
  • Knowledge of analytics and conversion tracking methods such as Google Tag Manager, Meta Event Pixel, LinkedIn Insights Tag, etc.
