  • Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored support.

  • Participate in ongoing training and development to stay updated on products and services.
  • Offer insights on customer experiences to improve our service delivery.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Norwegian and English, both written and spoken.
  • Excellent communication skills with a strong focus on customer service.
  • Previous experience in technical support or a related field is an advantage.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  • Able to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • A keen interest in technology and a desire to learn.
  • Willingness to relocate to Greece and embrace a new lifestyle.
