The Role:

As the E-commerce Director for Brick & Click and Delivery Platforms, you will be at the forefront of driving our e-commerce strategy across retailer dotcom and delivery platforms. This role is critical in ensuring our digital presence aligns with our broader business goals, seamlessly integrating e-commerce strategies into all facets of our business planning. You will help build and lead a team of e-commerce account managers to deliver best-in-class execution and cultivate strong partnerships with our retail partners, ensuring our brand remains a leader in the online marketplace.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership:

  • Develop and deploy comprehensive e-commerce strategies across retailer dot-com and delivery platforms, aligning with overall business objectives.
  • Serve as the digital strategist within account leadership, bringing e-commerce to the forefront of business planning.
  • Drive integration of digital strategies into broader sales initiatives, ensuring a unified approach to market execution.

Team Management:

  • Lead and mentor a team of ecommerce account managers, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Ensure best-in-class execution across all ecommerce channels, leveraging data and insights to optimize performance.
  • Support the professional growth and development of team members, ensuring alignment with company goals and values.

Retailer & Platform Partnerships:

  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with retailer dotcom and delivery platform partners, driving joint business planning and collaboration.
  • Act as the company’s thought leader in ecommerce, providing strategic insights and leadership to retail partners.
  • Identify and capitalize on opportunities for growth within the digital retail landscape, leveraging data and market trends to inform decision-making.

Performance Optimization:

  • Monitor and analyze e-commerce performance metrics, using insights to drive continuous improvement and optimize results.
  • Develop and manage budgets for e-commerce initiatives, ensuring efficient use of resources and maximum ROI.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of e-commerce strategies with other business functions.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. MBA preferred.
  • Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in e-commerce, with a strong background in retailer dotcom and delivery platforms.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful e-commerce strategies.
  • Experience managing teams and driving performance in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
  • Strategic thinker with a deep understanding of the e-commerce landscape.
