Job Description

The Client Executive at Argano is responsible for acquiring new business accounts, driving sales cycles, and establishing strong client relationships. This role focuses on understanding client needs and proposing tailored business and technology services to meet those needs. They work with SMB Sales [CW1] and projects along with other sales executives receiving detailed instructions to follow. Client Executives act as liaisons between external partners and internal departments, ensuring clients get questions answered and remain satisfied with their products or services.

Responsibilities

  • Focus on finding SMB sales and building projects with them.
  • Prospect and generate leads to build a robust pipeline of potential clients.
  • Conduct thorough market research to identify new business opportunities.
  • Interact and correspond with prospective clients.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with client decision-makers.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create compelling proposals and presentations.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets within assigned territories.
  • Negotiate with clients for efficient services delivery at profitable fees and present solutions.

Education

MINIMUM AND/OR PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Accounting, or related field, preferred.

Experience

  • 2-5 years of related experience in client service or sales
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales quotas.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools.
