Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage a diverse litigation caseload, guiding cases from initiation to resolution.
  • Represent clients in a spectrum of employment and labor claims.
  • Collaborate closely with fellow attorneys and partners on significant legal projects.
  • Conduct regular court appearances and depositions to advocate for our clients.
  • Maintain proactive communication with clients, providing timely updates on case progress.

Required Skills

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited institution.
  • Licensed to practice in Texas.
  • Minimum of 3 years of litigation experience.
  • Proven expertise in general liability and employment law, including single plaintiff and class/representative action cases.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience in legal project management is advantageous.
  • Trial experience is a distinct advantage.
