Hi, I'm Arpana D.R, your Recruiter and guide to joining CSG! We are excited to learn more about you and your unique background.

We are looking for Staff Accountant  I    who will:

           You will be responsible for accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable related activities and ensuring compliance with various regulations

  • You will be responsible for compliance with STPI regulations such as filing of periodic returns, seeking approvals for exemptions on customs duty, etc.
  • You will be computation of statutory payments on a periodic basis.
  • You will be performing MIS Reports of statutory compliances
  •  Liaison with consultants for tax (direct and indirect) related matters
  • You will be providing schedules and supporting to Internal and Statutory Auditors.
  •  Review of employee expense claims to ensure they are correct (i.e.: GL account code / cost centre / project code) and in accordance with established policies (i.e.: travel policy and appropriate authorization and liaise with employees with regard to such claims
  •  Weekly processing and payment (via EFT) of employee expense claims
  •  Review of vendor invoices to ensure they are in accordance with established policies (ie: appropriate authorisation, approval limits, etc)
  •  Liaise with accounts staff from other CSG locations regarding inter-company entries and relevant supporting documentation
  •  Monthly schedules on Outstanding Payables and recoverable from Employee Vendors etc...
  •  Managing Month End activities such as accruals, prepaid entries, etc... and assist with month end reconciliations
  • Preparation of monthly schedules in line with group policies and providing variance analysis on a monthly basis
  • Preparation of Ad hoc reports to management.

  • Statutory compliances-TDS, ESI, PT, PF, GST
  • MIS Reports of statutory compliances
  • Weekly processing and payment (via EFT) of employee expense claims
