We are looking for a Director, Partnership/Business Development to create and oversee EverHealth’s Partner strategy and operations. This includes new partner acquisition and existing partner channel growth. You will lead a cross-functional team, including channel partners, solution consultants, business development reps (BDR) to achieve the company’s indirect revenue goals. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, resourceful, and innovative and have excellent communication and leadership skills.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute plans to meet the company’s indirect revenue objectives through the acquisition and management of referral and reseller partner relationships with Healthcare IT providers and other industry players and associations
  • Develop the partner strategy and monitor its implementation and execution with KPIs/OKRs and associated reporting.
  • Provide leadership, coaching, and mentorship for the partnership team to drive best practices and advancement of the team.
  • Liaise between leaders in the Product, Sales, Support, Customer Success, Account Management, Marketing and other functional teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to our partner and customers’ needs.
  • Develop, implement, and constantly improve project management processes, tools, templates, policies and metrics.
  • Manage risk, issue and change resolution processes, and work to take corrective action as needed.
  • Interface with executive stakeholders to share results, partner to overcome challenges and communicate overall partnership/business development risks and opportunities. 
  • Work cooperatively with all areas of the business, personally lead the pursuit and negotiation of new partnership opportunities, including planning and delivery of successful business cases and financial models, proposals, contracts, and implementation plans for partner integration and partner-driven product development projects
  • Represent the Business Development team and our partners as a member of the company’s senior leadership team
  • Maintain knowledge of industry trends, developments, and best practices

Experience and Skills we’re seeking:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, healthcare administration, healthcare information management or related field preferred.
  • 7+ years of experience leading and mentoring partnership and business development teams, both medium and large scale, a majority of that experience in Healthcare or related space.
  • Demonstrated understanding of application integration technologies, approaches and techniques, particularly in the healthcare space
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain strong relationships and work with senior level executives
  • Solid business and financial acumen, resource management, and problem-solving skills inclusive of managing budget, cost, and profitability.
  • Great critical thinking, problem solving and analytical skills, ability to identify solutions and ensure progress in the face of obstacles.
  • Advanced understanding of the healthcare industry (HIPAA compliance, PHI, etc.) and Healthtech SaaS offerings.
  • Self-starter with the ability to analyze and interpret financial and operational data, identify gaps or opportunities, prepare business reports, projections, and present solutions or recommendations.
  • Strong communication and influencing skills and the ability to interface effectively with multiple levels of company employees, ranging from senior executives to other functional employees.
  • Intellectually robust and agile with the ability to make quick decisions, when required.
  • Able to adapt to rapid changes in the work environment, manage competing demands and able to deal with frequent change, delays or unexpected events.

Where:  Remote, US
The EverCommerce team is distributed globally, with teams in the U.S., Canada, the U.K., Jordan, New Zealand, and Australia. With a widely distributed team, we are used to working remotely across different time zones. This role can be based anywhere in the United States or Canada – if you’re close to one of our offices, we can set you up in-office or you can work 100% remotely. Please note that you must be eligible to work without sponsorship to qualify for this position, and this role may require travel to our Corporate Headquarters in Denver, Colorado, or to other office locations around North America.

Compensation: The target base + Incentive compensation for this position is $200,000 to $250,000 USD per year in most US locations. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including location, local market variances, and candidate experience and expertise, and may vary from the amounts listed above.
