Job description

This is a remote position.

Toast is recruiting on behalf of a wealth management startup specializing in providing tailored solutions to family offices. They are looking for an experienced Account Executive with deep knowledge of wealth management and asset classes. In this role, you will play a critical part in customer acquisition and relationship management, engaging qualified leads and guiding them through the closing process. This position is ideal for someone eager to grow with an innovative company while navigating the unique challenges of a startup environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and engage qualified leads, fostering relationships and leading them through the sales process to closure.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure prospects' needs align with the company’s service offerings.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth individuals and family offices.
  • Provide expert guidance on wealth management strategies, covering various asset classes such as equities, fixed income, alternative investments, and more.
  • Ensure a smooth onboarding process for new clients and maintain long-term relationships through consistent communication and support.


Requirements
  • Proven experience in wealth management, particularly in working with family offices or high-net-worth clients.
  • Extensive knowledge of asset classes, financial products, and investment strategies.
  • Demonstrated success in customer acquisition and closing deals in a competitive environment.
  • Strong network within the wealth management sector is beneficial.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to navigate the complexities of a growing startup, with a willingness to adapt and contribute to evolving strategies.
