Project

  • Grow into managing full sets of accounts for Malaysia and Singapore.

Focus areas:

  • Manage Sales and Service Tax (SST) data compilation and reporting.
  • Oversee payroll processing and employee expense claims.

Role

  • Oversee payroll processing, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
  • Manage SST filing and compliance for Malaysia.
  • Handle expense claims, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure smooth financial operations.

Must Have

  • Independent, proactive mindset with strong accountability.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Proven background in accounting and finance.
  • Detail-oriented with a track record of task ownership.

Nice-to-have

  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP).
  • Experience managing accounts in Malaysia and Singapore.

Level / Grade

  • Report directly to the Finance Director.
  • 100% individual contributor role.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar finance role.
  • Annual performance review with potential for growth to Senior Finance & Admin Executive or Finance Manager.

Work arrangement / Location

  • 99% work from home, 1-2 times a month work from KL office
  • Office is located in Publika, Solaris Dutamas
