Client Operations Director


The Client Operations Director will focus on operational performance/results with stakeholders at key accounts. The individual will work closely with our offshore operational delivery teams for client engagement, identifying growth opportunities and problem-solving. 

Experience in Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management for Provider or Payer services and/or Business Process Outsourced (BPO)/Business Process Management (BPM)services is preferred.

The ideal candidate will be a self-starter, well spoken, organized and capable of leading weekly client meetings and possess a strong executive presence.   He/She is expected to provide strategic account planning recommendations and work with the sales team to identify new opportunities.  The individual will be required to travel to onsite meetings and deliver original, high-quality executive level presentations.

Responsibilities:
  • This position oversees Statements of Work across all lines of healthcare services
  • Serves as main client contact on strategic integration and expansion opportunities, maintaining strategic focus on client satisfaction and value-added strategies and demonstrates the ability to proactively identify client needs related to healthcare trends
  • Identifies processes to improve overall performance and identifies innovative solutions which integrate our solutions
  • Strategically identifies and solves complex problems effectively with an emphasis on developing proactive approaches utilizing internal support
  • Identifies and requests participation from corporate departments in strategic meetings as client needs dictate
  • Owns client/site meetings, committees, and task forces to support strategic initiatives and goals
  • Operational lead on implementations and post-go-live activities
  • Coordinates and productively facilitates communication across virtual sites and effectively navigates through multilayer client relationships
  • Demonstrates the ability to effectively manage complex multiple lines of service and clients
  • Provides effective leadership and coaching at the site level
  • Participates in sales process
  • Escalation contact for clients
  • May be asked to complete ad hoc projects
  • Owns the client/site meetings, committees and task forces to support strategic initiative and goals; identifies and asks for participation of corporate departments in strategic meetings as client needs dictate
Required Qualifications:
  • Available to travel up to 60% or more (near a major airport preferred)
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
  • 4+ years of proven experience in healthcare and/or healthcare IT
  • Track record of building trusting internal and external relationships
  • Track record of leading cross-functional initiatives, driving high performance, meeting deadlines, and executing on deliverables
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Extremely flexible, highly organized, and able to shift priorities easily
  • Attention to detail & commitment to delivering high quality work product
  • Comfortable with working in a global and multi-cultural environment
  • Must be a US Permanant resident 
  • $80k-$120k salary range
