Job Description

You will work in a high-profile function in Global Finance, with exposure to senior Finance Management, and a cross-section of Group functions (both finance and non-finance). You will be part of a team leading Experian's journey regarding its operation of main finance controls and promoting a new attestation cycle across global finance.

Reporting to the Senior Manager, Finance Controls, the FC Operations & System Analyst will be an important member of the 2LoD ICFR Finance Controls team within Global Finance.

The ICFR FC team manages the delivery of the annual ICFR Attestation program, to allow the signing of the annual attestation on the Internal Controls over Financial Reporting.

What you'll do?

  • Access provisioning, specific roles set-up and modification. Periodic access review of users in Diligent One (DO).
  • Create new / maintain existing DO Frameworks to ensure ICFR controls implementation is reflected in the risks and controls matrix (RACM).
  • Do any required changes to the system's configuration
  • Create Testing Projects to reflect the approved testing plans for the year
  • Create the ICFR & C&S CSA Projects by design and send questionnaires and export responses
  • If a new Project/Framework is created, add it to the Robot so the results from the Project/Framework appear in the reporting
  • provide modified and raw DO data to the BI team monthly so they can update the ICFR & C&C dashboards.
  • Provide support to the ICFR Process Mapping documentation and the process of linking the process maps to the respective ICFR control records.

Qualifications

What you'll bring:

  • Data management skills and interest in reporting, analysis
  • Experience/familiarity of finance and procurement processes.
  • English reading and writing skills.
  • Queries solving skills
  • A team player and collaborator.
  • Experience in a customer-oriented shared service environment.
  • MS Excel. Good MS Word & PowerPoint Skills.
  • Familiarity with Oracle an advantage.
