What you’ll be doing:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive outbound and inbound sales strategies to achieve company sales goals and objectives.

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities and potential clients through outbound and inbound prospecting efforts, including calling, email campaigns, social media, and networking.

  • Collaborate with marketing, product development, and other internal teams to align outbound and inbound sales efforts with overall company objectives.

  • Analyze sales data and market trends to identify areas for improvement and optimization.

  • Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and best practices in outbound sales techniques.

Requirements: 
  • 3+ years of experience in outbound and inbound sales. 

  • Industry knowledge of the advertising and ecommerce space, including digital marketing measurement and channels and how they work together (SEM, SEO, CRO, Social, Shopping, Display, etc.)

  • You embody a proactive, self-motivated approach to personal growth and strive for continuous improvement in skills, knowledge, and performance.

  • Proven track record of building strong relationships with clients and peers. 

  • Skilled in using LinkedIn Sales Navigator to identify, qualify, and engage potential clients.

  • Strong written and oral communication skills, specifically around presentations.

  • Effective time management and project management skills.

  • You are passionate about sales and excel in a fast-paced, target-driven environment where your achievements contribute to our shared goals.

  • You possess a positive attitude and are committed to going the extra mile to deliver outstanding customer service to prospects and colleagues alike.

Compensation:

 The hiring salary range for this role is $65,000 - $75,000. Sales roles are also eligible for incentive commission pay with an On-Target Earnings (OTE Year 1) range of $110,000, offering the opportunity for additional variable income without a cap. 

Hiring salaries are determined through interviews and a review of education, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities of the applicant, parity with other team members, and alignment with market data. We will provide more information on our benefits, incentive pay, and equity upon request. Disclosure as required by the Colorado Equal Pay for > Equal Work Act, C.R.S. § 8-5-101 et seq.
