As our Global Denials Operations Coordinator, you will be responsible for the successful integration of the global and domestic Denial teams.  Every day, you will be involved in inventory management, employee training and development, and Standard Operation Procedure (SOP) creationYou will manage selection processes, operating budgets for global scaling, and the implementation of all new client workflows. You will partner with the directors to increase productivity through processes, worklists, and task simplification and standardization. You will lead the development and reorganization of global support and operational teams. You will also monitor and build the necessary reporting systems to support productivity, QA, and efficiency of resources.  

 

To thrive in this role, you have a strong knowledge of denials & accounts receivable processes and best practices, experience in managing a global staff / global function, and understand organizational revenue/inflow goals.  You can confirm that the global quality audit team conducts consistent staff audits and quality reviews and have the ability to work effectively with clients, payers, and internal stakeholders.

 

Here’s what you will experience working as a Global Denials Operations Coordinator:

  • You will be responsible for operational excellence and efficiency to enable us to make accurate data-informed decisions. 

  • Train, mentor, support, and coach the global team (new and existing) providing feedback and education. 

  • You will communicate and collaborate with global and domestic leaders and assist the global revenue recovery team with account management and in achieving ultimate success. 

  • Ensure global team monitors production standards and is the ultimate approver of all administrative areas of production.

  • Performs account reviews and assists with inventory audits. 

  • Updates leadership and informs executive team on matters affecting global operations.

  • Assists with guidance for global team’s adherence to set KPI expectations. 

  • Owns all internal, operational, global-facing SOPs with both global and domestic leadership. 

 

For this US-based position, the base pay range is $64,657.00 - $80,821.00 per year . Individual pay is determined by role, level, location, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
