Job Summary

TestPros is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Manager to lead cybersecurity-related projects for the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS), Office of Inspector General (OIG). The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing cybersecurity penetration testing, technical assistance, and training initiatives. This role requires effective coordination between project teams, HHS OIG staff, and stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met on time and within scope.

Position: Full-time

Citizenship: U.S. Citizenship

Location:  The Call Orders will direct the location of the work to be either remote, at the Contractor’s site, or at an HHS-defined location within the United States of America.

Clearance: Clearable to public trust clearance, Secret or TS clearance a plus 

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Project Planning and Execution:

    • Develop project plans, timelines, and milestones to support the successful completion of penetration testing, technical assistance, and training efforts.
    • Coordinate project activities, ensuring alignment with HHS OIG cybersecurity goals.
  2. Team Coordination:

    • Manage project teams, assigning tasks and monitoring progress to meet deliverables.
    • Serve as the primary point of contact between the HHS OIG and the project team.
  3. Reporting and Communication:

    • Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project status, risks, and challenges.
    • Ensure clear communication and documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
  4. Risk Management:

    • Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring that potential issues are addressed proactively.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in managing cybersecurity or technical projects.
  • Cybersecurity penetration testing project experience 
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools, PMP preferred 
  • HHS experience preferred
