Job description

Arcetyp LLC is a growing small business that provides a broad range of consulting services to US Federal Government, US Military, and Commercial clients.  Services include Management & IT Consulting, Program & Project Management, and Professional & Admin Services. We are recruiting to fill a position to lead business development activities for a small government contracting firm focused on IT Services and Cyber Security for clients in Civil and DoD markets.

Arcetyp LLC is looking for an experienced Army Civilian Readiness and Talent Management (CRTM) Communications/Graphics Design Specialist. This role will be responsible for performing the following tasks:


DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop and execute a strategic communications plan to ensure consistent and continual messaging to all stakeholders
  • Develop and execute a change management plan to engage stakeholders and ensure effective implementation
  • Provide advisory and assistance services in the management of the civilian readiness and talent management program, and development of supporting narratives and briefings that describe the civilian readiness and talent management initiatives
  • Provide Strategic Communications planning to support engagement of key stakeholder populations and targeted change in implementing Civilian readiness and talent management and other Army initiatives
  • Provide materials to promote civilian readiness and talent management initiatives
  • Develop, update, and post information and links, as needed, on various MilSuite sites or Service Now Site
  • Plan, coordinate, and facilitate the Army Civilian Forum and support with logistics and messaging for the Army Civilian Luncheon for the AUSA meeting
  • Ensure all employee engagement efforts conducted by ASA (M&RA) follow Army strategy and are aligned with DoD, Army, and Human Capital plans and strategies
  • Lead the planning, agenda creation and finalization, briefing development, and facilitation for each Employee Engagement Council
  • Develop a plan document that outlines the Army’s employee engagement strategy, supports Army commands in executing their programs, and identifies reporting requirements/metrics
  • Support ASA (M&RA) leading up to, during, and after the FEVS open window with drafting and delivering briefings
  • Develop and execute a communications campaign to encourage Army Civilians to participate in the FEVS


QUALIFICATIONS: 

  • Master’s degree and a minimum of five years providing graphic design and communications advice and insight to government project managers. In lieu of a master’s degree, 10 years’ experience supporting government and industry project managers is adequate and a bachelor’s degree
  • Extremely knowledgeable in Army Staff operations including talent management life cycle areas (acquire, develop, employ, and retain) 
  • Extensive knowledge of the Army talent management initiatives, strategic planning, workforce development, employee engagement, leadership development, career programs, marketing, graphic design, and data science, analysis, and reporting.
  • Secret Clearance
