Job description

We are looking for an Account Based Marketing Operations Manager who will bring together Sales and Marketing to operationalize, optimize, and expand our client's newly built ABM Motion. In this role you will be able to directly impact and improve pipeline generation by bringing data insights to the table and then pushing Sales and Marketing to make data-driven decisions on how to prioritize our efforts and investments in Account Based Marketing.

 

As an ABM Operations Manager, you will work closely with our talented Marketing Team to understand their goals and objectives leveraging your expertise to ensure our systems and processes support the team in achieving their goals.

 

As an ABM Operations Manager you will oversee the configuration and management of our multi-channel account-based marketing systems. You will guide in the implementation and improvement of an ABM measurement Framework. This role reports to the Senior Manager of Marketing Operations.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate and lead interlocks between Sales and Marketing to bring together data & insights, review the effectiveness of current ABM Campaigns, answer questions, and identify areas of improvement
  • Work with Sales and Marketing to identify Target Accounts and ensure alignment across multiple channels
  • Identify and track both incremental tactical and strategic improvements to systems and processes upon which ABM runs
  • Pull and deliver relevant data for Sales and Marketing to understand current and historical ABM campaign performance
  • Implement and improve upon a comprehensive measurement framework for the ABM Motion
  • Align with Marketing on the ABM roadmap to scope and plan resources for execution
  • Identify areas for data quality improvement to increase ABM campaign effectiveness and present to Data Governance in a solution-oriented manner

 

Requirements:

  • Experience implementing, executing, and optimizing ABM Campaigns
  • Experience in an Operations role - Marketing is preferred
  • Experience with Marketing list segmentation
  • Working knowledge of at least one ABM platform like 6Sense or DemandBase
  • Working knowledge of Salesforce or similar CRM
  • Working knowledge of Excel, Google Docs, and data & list management
  • Familiarity with pulling insights leveraging Tableau dashboards or similar Business Intelligence platform
  • Ability to effectively collaborate with and relate to people cross-functionally, and at all levels of the business; to move and influence a group in a common direction and with a common vision.
  • A proven ability to execute with consistent delivery.
  • A high level of organization, creativity, and attention to detail
