Position: Healthcare IT Project Manager - Remote | Work From Home

Job Overview

We are in search of an experienced Healthcare IT Project Manager to lead the deployment of cutting-edge monitoring systems throughout our healthcare network. In this pivotal role, you will ensure the successful integration of innovative technologies to enhance patient care.

Key Responsibilities

  • Spearhead the implementation of key systems such as eICU, PIC iX, Revision 4, MP to MX monitor conversions, and Philips IBE.
  • Develop and execute detailed project plans and strategic initiatives for comprehensive deployment across the organization.
  • Manage all facets of project execution, including strategy formulation and communications related to connected monitoring systems and associated software.
  • Facilitate collaboration among extensive technical teams and project managers to guarantee aligned objectives and timely progress.
  • Provide insightful updates and clear communication to senior leadership, clinical stakeholders, and project team members.

Required Skills

  • In-depth knowledge of technical project management within a healthcare setting, particularly with Philips monitoring systems.
  • Demonstrated capability in coordinating large, cross-functional teams and managing multiple, complex projects efficiently.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with experience in presenting to varied groups of stakeholders.
  • Proven leadership experience in guiding teams towards successful project outcomes and mentoring peers.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Health Care Administration, Public Health Administration, or a related discipline; equivalent experience will also be considered.
  • A minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in technical project management, preferably within the healthcare industry, with substantial experience in implementing Philips monitoring systems being highly desirable.
