Job Overview

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional service to our commercial tenants, aligning with our core values.
  • Address tenant inquiries and issues with promptness and professionalism; generate relevant work orders as necessary.
  • Conduct regular property inspections to ensure compliance with lease agreements and property standards.
  • Maintain detailed and organized property and lease documentation in accordance with company policies.
  • Utilize Yardi Property Management software, Salesforce, and Monday.com for efficient property management.
  • Prepare and oversee tenant lease files, and manage operational budgets and CAM reconciliations using Yardi.
  • Collaborate closely with the Asset Management team to assess funding requirements for capital plans.
  • Manage tenant lease expiration tracking and coordinate move-out and renewal processes.
  • Support the onboarding of new tenants by providing essential resource information and conducting property walkthroughs.
  • Assist in developing property management strategies and operational manuals in collaboration with the Regional Director.
  • Facilitate contractor activities and oversee tenant transitions during move-ins and move-outs.
  • Ensure compliance with all property-related contracts and maintain accurate records in Yardi and Salesforce.

Required Skills

  • Proficient in MS Word, PowerPoint, G-Suite, and Excel.
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in commercial and industrial property management.
  • Familiarity with property management software (Yardi, Salesforce, Monday.com) is advantageous.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Dependable and adaptable, maintaining confidentiality in all interactions.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting while managing responsibilities.

Qualifications

  • At least 50% travel is required.
  • A strong understanding of maintenance, accounting, and tracking software is desirable.
  • A degree in Property Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
