Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Program Manager Registered Nurse (RN) to join our esteemed Global Nurse Advice Line (NAL) team. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in ensuring that our telehealth registered nurses are accessible 24⁄7, providing critical triage services, self-care guidance, and addressing general health inquiries. Your expertise will contribute to enhancing patient care and service coordination within military healthcare systems for eligible beneficiaries.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of healthcare professionals, showcasing exemplary leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Oversee the implementation of nurse triage programs, ensuring that resources are effectively allocated and monitored for optimal performance.
  • Develop comprehensive program execution plans, establishing clear objectives and performance indicators.
  • Monitor and report on program performance metrics to align with organizational goals and quality standards.
  • Maintain high standards of patient care and quality assurance within call center operations.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant healthcare regulations and The Joint Commission requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive the success of healthcare programs and initiatives.
  • Foster the hiring, training, and professional evaluation of nursing staff, supporting their growth and development.
  • Oversee the operations of the Call Center/Communications team to enhance service delivery.
  • Serve as a liaison to facilitate outstanding customer service through effective communication.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 15 years of experience in healthcare call center or nurse advice line settings.
  • A minimum of 5 years of supervisory or leadership experience in nursing.
  • Bachelor's degree in nursing from an accredited institution is mandatory.
  • An active RN license in any U.S. state, commonwealth, or the District of Columbia is required.
  • A Master's degree in healthcare administration, business management, nursing, or a related field is preferred but not required.
  • U.S. citizenship is a prerequisite for this role.
  • Employment is contingent upon contract award, client approval, successful completion of a background investigation, and the ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust / High-Risk clearance.
