Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Human Resources Director who will play a pivotal role in fostering a positive and productive work environment. You will be the primary liaison for our teams, providing guidance on company policies, strategic initiatives, and avenues for professional growth. Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with external HR service providers as necessary.
  • Supervise and advance all HR initiatives to ensure alignment with employee experience and compliance standards.
  • Develop and execute a strategic recruiting plan to address staffing needs effectively, including conducting candidate interviews.
  • Create informative employee resources, encompassing training manuals and recruitment materials.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and legal regulations.
  • Perform job and task analysis to define job expectations and responsibilities.
  • Manage and resolve employee grievances and disciplinary matters efficiently.
  • Analyze HR metrics to report to leadership, informing future initiatives and compliance adjustments.
  • Identify and address potential legal risks associated with HR practices.
  • Enhance new hire training programs in partnership with superiors and leadership.
  • Promote our organizational culture, reflecting our core values of faith, family, and profit.
  • Provide support across various HR functions, including payroll, records management, and benefits administration as required.
  • Handle sensitive employee documents and matters with high confidentiality.

Required Skills

  • At least 1 year of strategic experience in Human Resources, with a minimum of 3 years in the HR field or related combination of experience and education.
  • Proficiency in HCM and Applicant Tracking systems, along with a solid understanding of system maintenance.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to high-quality standards.
  • Enthusiasm for continuous improvement in processes and technology.
  • Strong grasp of organizational compliance requirements.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information with discretion.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
  • Capability to work independently with minimal oversight.

Qualifications

  • A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline is required.
