Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development of comprehensive platform services to facilitate generative AI applications.
• Design and implement SDKs and APIs for a variety of applications, including AI assistants and information retrieval systems.
• Architect and deploy resilient RAG service platform orchestrations.
• Collaborate across interdisciplinary teams to curate and manage high-quality datasets and production-ready models.
• Keep abreast of the latest trends and advancements within the realms of machine learning and generative AI technologies.
  
  

Required Skills

• Proficient in programming languages such as Python, Go, Scala, or C/C++.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, adept at both independent and collaborative work.
• Experienced in designing large-scale distributed systems in cloud environments such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Familiar with a variety of AI technologies, including prompt engineering and vector databases.
  
  

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical discipline.
• Over 8 years of programming experience, complemented by 5 years in the design, construction, and deployment of enterprise AI or machine learning applications.
• A minimum of 3 years' experience in MLOps, focused on automating complex data science workflows.
• At least 4 years of leadership experience within machine learning teams.
• 5 years of people management experience and over 1 year's experience specifically with LLM-based conversational AI systems.
