Job Overview

We are looking for a passionate and skilled Program Manager to oversee our fellows, affiliates, and faculty associates programs. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in cultivating connections and fostering a vibrant community.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the fellows, affiliates, and faculty associates programs, ensuring an enriching and supportive experience for participants.
  • Design and implement engaging programming, including events and communications, tailored for both on-site and remote participants.
  • Conduct weekly sessions and events, such as Fellows Hour and Community Hours, to enhance participation and collaboration.
  • Promote relationship-building and community engagement among network members to support their project initiatives.
  • Develop and manage program documentation, collaborating with various teams as needed.
  • Supervise tools and resources, including web pages and internal platforms, ensuring they are user-friendly and accessible.
  • Collaborate with the Communications team to showcase the community’s efforts and achievements.
  • Coordinate with the Finance team to effectively monitor and manage the community program budget.

Required Skills

  • Demonstrated experience in program management or a similar domain.
  • Excellent organizational and communication abilities.
  • Proficient in building relationships and engaging with diverse groups of stakeholders.
  • Knowledgeable in budget management and reporting.

Qualifications

  • A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred.
  • A minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience in program management or related roles.
