🎯 What You'll Do:

• 🛍️ Manage Listings: Upload, edit, and maintain product listings across multiple platforms (Amazon, Walmart, eBay).
• 🛠️ Daily Operations: Conduct health checks, resolve issues, and perform regular audits to ensure product optimization (titles, descriptions, pricing, keywords).
• 🎯 Marketing Support: Assist with PPC, SEO, and SEM campaigns, launch new products, and generate customer reviews within platform guidelines.
• 🔍 Research: Conduct keyword analysis and Best Seller Rank research to maximize product visibility.
• 💬 Customer Support: Interact with customers through email and chat to provide top-notch service.
• 🧠 Stay Updated: Keep an eye on the latest trends, best practices, and updates for ECommerce platforms.
• 🔄 Collaborate: Pitch in on various projects to assist other departments as needed.

Requirements

📝 What We’re Looking For:

• Experience: 2+ years working with Amazon or other ECommerce platforms (Walmart, eBay, etc.).
• Skills:
• Excel Proficiency (v-lookups, filters, etc.). 📊
• Knowledge of Helium10, Data Dive, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or BigCommerce is a bonus. 🎨
• Education: Bachelor's degree 🎓
• Languages: English level C1/C2 💬
