This is a remote position.

Role Name: Cold Caller 

Schedule:

  • 40 hours per week - 9am to 6pm Chicago Time M-F (1 hour unpaid break)

Job Description

As a Cold Caller, you’ll be the driving force behind our client’s lead generation strategy. You’ll engage with potential property sellers, using your communication skills to qualify leads and identify promising opportunities. This role is perfect for those who thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy the thrill of making valuable connections. You’ll work remotely, aligning with US time zones, and play a crucial part in the early stages of the real estate investment process.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct outbound calls to warm leads, assessing their potential as qualified prospects
  • Engage in professional, clear communication to gather essential information from potential clients
  • Apply specific criteria to effectively screen and qualify leads for the property showing team
  • Maintain meticulous records of call outcomes and lead statuses in the company’s tracking system
  • Quickly identify and forward qualified leads to the showing team, ensuring a smooth transition in the sales process
  • Adapt to and utilize the company’s real estate wholesaling processes and terminology
  • Manage time effectively to meet daily call targets within the split shift schedule


Requirements
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Prior experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or similar customer-facing roles
  • Basic understanding of real estate concepts and terminology
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly over the phone
  • Resilience and professionalism in handling rejection and objections
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to work independently
  • Comfortable with technology and ability to learn new systems quickly
