Your Responsibilities
Developing and maintaining clinical data standards and related tools
Participating in the design and implementation of data-driven solutions
Supporting strategic decisions and contributing to quantitative decision-making processes
Acting as an expert in collaboration with external partners and providers
Ensuring adherence to best practices and driving the adoption of standards
Coaching and mentoring junior team members and contributing to internal knowledge sharing
Analyzing, summarizing, and presenting results to different stakeholders
Our Requirements
At least 5 years of experience in clinical data standards development, especially within the pharmaceutical industry
Expertise in CDISC and other clinical data standards
Familiarity with standards development platforms and tools used in the industry
Proficiency in programming languages such as R or Python
Project management experience in a relevant field
Strong communication skills, with the ability to work in a global team environment
BSc degree or higher in a relevant subject such as statistics, biostatistics, mathematics, computer science, life science, or engineering
Fluent in English (written and spoken)
Familiarity with load testing tools like LoadUI or JMeter (nice to have)
