We are seeking a Senior Presales Consultant to join our innovative team in Austin. In this crucial position, you will play a key role in securing sales opportunities by addressing complex challenges faced by our partners. You will have the chance to shape the presales function across the North America region, collaborating with our product, sales, and delivery teams to devise impactful and high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Articulate our cutting-edge products and vision to executives and technical teams at banks and strategic enterprise partners, establishing yourself as a trusted advisor.
  • Work alongside the business development team to drive revenue, playing an integral part in the sales process from discovery and solution design to implementation kickoff.
  • Leverage your in-depth understanding of our products and the payments landscape to customize solutions for partners, ensuring alignment with their unique requirements.
  • Develop sales materials, demonstrations, proof of concepts, RFPs, and other collateral to facilitate the sales process and secure new business.
  • Validate solution feasibility by testing and documenting comprehensive end-to-end solutions.
  • Relay valuable customer insights to product teams to enhance roadmaps and foster growth opportunities.

Required Skills

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in a presales or sales engineering role focused on enterprise technology sales, preferably within the fintech or payments sector.
  • A demonstrated history of meeting commercial objectives through consultative and solution-oriented sales methodologies.
  • Strong customer-centric orientation, utilizing our products to effectively address partner challenges.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, enabling the clear presentation of complex concepts to both technical and business audiences.
  • Proven experience collaborating with or within financial institutions, showcasing a comprehensive understanding of their challenges and needs.
  • Familiarity with REST APIs, SWIFT, and local payment networks in a technical sales and solution design context is advantageous.

  • A solid background in working alongside financial institutions, with a demonstrated capability to convey customer requirements to internal product teams.
